Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds

2 teaspoons melted butter

Sea salt to taste

 

Instructions:

Toss the seeds in a bowl with melted butter and sea salt.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer, and bake at 300 degrees F for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
