Paleo Pumpkin-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup organic pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (can substitute cinnamon and ginger)
1 frozen banana sliced (omit for keto version)
1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, banana, and ice to blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
